JOHNS JOINS GERDAU AS ZBAR REPRESENTATIVE FOR WESTERN U.S.
KNOXVILLE, Tenn., Aug. 18, 2011 − Douglas C. Johns has joined steel producer Gerdau as the Western Region business development specialist for the company’s ZBAR high-performance rebar division.
Johns joins ZBAR with almost 20 years of direct customer experience in the financial services and construction industries.
“We’re delighted to welcome Doug Johns to our ZBAR team,” said Gerdau ZBAR division manager Wes Miller. “His experience with a wide range of clients will help him to provide high-performance construction solutions to our customers.”
Johns earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration from University of Redlands in Redlands, Calif. He resides in San Diego, is married and has three children.
